In addition to first-class Arabicas (80%), Robusta beans (20%) are also used in this mixture. Due to the typical Italian bar mixture, an extraordinarily full body and an excellent crema are achieved. The fresh espresso runs into the cup with a shiny black color, almost oily. Thanks to the gentle long-term roasting process, Caffè IZZO is round and creamy, free of bitter notes and with a wonderfully long aftertaste!
