Gentle, mild with very light Arabica cream. Fairly traded and cultivated under strict organic guidelines, with excellent taste. This blend of 100% Arabica beans (Guatemala Antigua, Ethiopia Sidamo, and Sumatra) can absolutely compete with conventional roasts.

A coffee that does people well cannot be bad for the environment. Mokaflor has therefore made an effort to promote natural cultivation methods. The coffee produced in this way does not need any chemical additives. The protection against pests is guaranteed by complementary insects and the use of mineral substances, plant substances, and resistant plants. The fertility of the soil is maintained and improved by natural fertilizers and correct cultivation methods. Weeds are controlled without the use of pesticides only by mechanical, agricultural and physical techniques or methods.

The result of these efforts is the Mokaflor ECUO blends, an easily digestible coffee subject to serious controls. To this end, Mokaflor has been in contact with numerous small companies in Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Indonesia in order to obtain a balanced blend corresponding to the right Italian espresso.
