The roasting company Arabicaffe was founded in Sicily by three friends in 1957. We purchase the raw coffee directly in the country of origin. Arabicaffe began roasting organic coffee early on. We import this marvelous espresso directly. You can look forward to Southern Italian roasts with very little acid and bitterns and lots of flavor instead. Arabicaffe comes from Sicily
Coffee roaster Arabicaffe from Catania in Sicily has a long family tradition in which roasting methods have been guarded like secrets and passed down from generation to generation. Francesco Bonaccorsi, Vincenzo Musumeci and Santo Longo made it their mission to supply the island's growing number of bars and cafes with high-quality espresso.
Since 1953 they have been producing and selling pure espresso of various Arabica qualities. They import the noble green coffees directly from the coffee-growing countries and can thus guarantee the highest coffee quality. By roasting 'Italian style' Arabicaffe is able to produce unique and characteristic varieties. Arabicaffe is the meeting of Italian tradition, Sicilian art of coffee roasting and the culture of espresso.
