Passalacqua - CREMADOR

The name says it all: Cremador’s high robusta content makes it a real crema experience – thick and hazelnut-brown. A true Southern Italian. A typical Neapolitan dark roast with low acidity and caffeine but lots of body and flavor. That makes it the perfect base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.

The grind is ideal for portafilter machines – our first espresso explicitly labeled as such. The grind is indeed very fine.
