Passaparola Espresso Messaggio

The Passaparola Espresso Messaggio – “the message” – embodies the essence of Italian coffee artistry: strong, full-bodied, and with a deep, distinctive character. Inspired by the Neapolitan espresso tradition, it combines 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans from the world’s finest growing regions. This dark roast blend from South America, Africa, Asia, and India creates a harmonious espresso with low acidity, rich body, and a balanced flavour.

The complex aroma delights with notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and fine toffee, delivering a long-lasting, intense enjoyment. Thanks to the Robusta content, it develops a dense, hazelnut-brown crema that preserves the full aroma. Messaggio is excellent both as a pure espresso and as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato, where its nutty-chocolatey notes particularly shine.

The gentle, slow roasting process gives the espresso its smooth low acidity and enhances the deep chocolatey flavors, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment—whether in the morning, with pastries, or as the perfect finish to a meal. The brand Passaparola, named after the Italian word for “word of mouth,” stands for quality, passion, and tradition, turning every cup into a message passed down from generation to generation.

Caffè La Genovese Oro

The beans are gently and separately roasted to a medium level, giving them a rich, chocolatey aroma. The result is a full-bodied, low-acid espresso with fine hints of bread and hazelnut, topped with a smooth, almost creamy crema.

La Genovese Oro performs excellently with both portafilter machines and fully automatic coffee makers.

Low caffeine content, ranging from just 1.10% to 1.30%. Very low in acidity and free from bitterness—simply top quality.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, La Genovese Oro has been certified as Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). Since 1998, the institute has been protecting and promoting true espresso.

Golden Brasil Coffee - Black

The Golden Black is a unique composition of green coffees from the most renowned growing regions. Family-run plantations in Brazil and Central America provide high-quality, natural Arabica beans. The Robusta content comes from India and Uganda.

The roastmasters at Golden Brasil set out to create a true Italian espresso—one that is not only classically intense but also unmistakably full-bodied with a wide spectrum of aromas. After many trials, they achieved exactly that.

What makes this espresso so special?
In addition to its classic robust flavor, this blend stands out for its incredible variety of taste. Golden Black impresses with four distinct flavor profiles. Fruity and floral notes can be detected alongside dark chocolate and bitter almond.

One sip delivers a true explosion of flavor. Naturally, the beans are roasted separately and traditionally in a drum roaster at a medium level. Its caffeine content is in the lower range compared to other espressos, making Golden Black suitable for any time of day.

To underline its exceptional quality, Golden Black has been awarded the gold medal five times at the International Coffee Tasting Championships. It won the Asian edition in 2017, and the Italian edition in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. It has also been certified as Espresso Italiano by the Instituto Espresso Italiano.
