Mixing ratio: 60% Arabica beans / 40% Robusta beans

Mokaffe belongs to the Italian coffee roasting company Quarta in Lecce. Mokaffe's Supermoka is characterised by its strong body and rich crema. The beans are very oily roasted - just typical Neapolitan. The relatively high Robusta content gives this espresso hints of roasted almonds and cocoa, the Arabica beans give the blend the right freshness.

Ideal as an espresso and as the basis for a strong cappuccino.

And yes, we know that the pack design in 2020 looks very anachronistic. Nevertheless, we did not want to deprive you of this traditional coffee. Maybe the roasting plant will modernise the design and adapt it to today's taste and understanding.
