100% Arabica

Mondicaffè ES is a blend of 5 selected varieties from around the world. Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. All these countries are combined in the Blend ES beans to create a creation of unique intensity.

The 5 different varieties are roasted - as always at Mondicaffè - by variety, and only then are they mixed together.

The ES has a unique, sweet and slightly fruity taste that is very recognisable, as well as a mouthfeel that is present from the first sip. The blend is a real explosion of flavours: intense and aromatic, yet smooth and harmonious, with an incredible persistence and length in the mouth.

E.S. has been awarded the CSC (Certified Specialty Coffee) label, which guarantees exceptional quality throughout the production chain. From planting to roasting, quality is constantly monitored. This guarantees the customer a consistently high quality.

From the hands of the roaster Franco Mondi, whose values are experience, quality and sustainability. Mondicaffè supports the sustainable and fair cultivation of coffee and actively participates in projects such as Amka or Umami. These projects support education, health, equity and sustainability in various production regions.

FULL BODY (FB) Mondicaffè

375g of whole beans

60% Arabica - 40% Robusta

Mondicaffè's Full Body Blend is made up of 4 different varieties, very elegantly intertwined. The 60% Arabica beans come from Ethiopia, Brazil and Costa Rica, while the Robusta beans, very well integrated, come from India. As with all Franco Mondi coffees, the green coffees are roasted individually before being blended together to form the final blend.

Opening the bag is already a pleasure. First of all, the intense and pleasant aroma that fills your nostrils is wonderful. Secondly, the incredibly even appearance of the beans proves the elegance of the individual roast. This pleasure continues in the cup - the first sip is immediately appealing. Fruity notes such as apple, berries and citrus fruits combine brilliantly with the aromas of toffee, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate, the Full Body is full-bodied, harmonious and impresses with its perfect harmony of roasted and fruity notes.

Mondicaffè - Giubileo EM

80% Arabica beans I 20% Robusta beans

This espresso coffee has been a favourite with a friend of ours for many years. Toni Ardente (owner of the espresso bar La Favorita in Hamburg) brought Mondicaffè to our attention and convinced us straight away.

The Giubileo EM by Mondicaffè is an expressive cuvée made up of four single origins - all sourced by Franco Mondi directly from small plantations and all of them exceptionally good.

Aromas
