Ingredients

DOUGH INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk, fresh eggs, salt, natural flavourings, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate.

FILLING INGREDIENTS (19% of total): chopped Sicilian roasted pistachios (equivalent to 5% of total product), candied lemon peel (equivalent to 4.5% of total product) (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, chopped Sicilian almonds (equivalent to 2% of total product), fruit purée (pumpkin, oranges, citron, pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, flavourings, preservative: sulphur dioxide (as residue)), wildflower honey, pistachio paste, lemon essential oil, natural flavourings, flavoured alcohol, sweetener: sorbitol, thickener: locust bean gum.
