All in all, an absolutely perfectly rounded and balanced coffee that will give you great pleasure as a pure espresso or as a base for cappuccino and latte macchiato.

Specifically to the roasting of the coffee roaster Essse Caffe can also only positive reports. They roast each variety separately in a drum roaster. Only carefully selected Arabica coffees are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees before being combined into this balanced blend. This long and gentle roasting gives the beans a strong flavor and slightly oily sheen.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, Essse Caffe Selezione Classica has been certified as Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The Institute protects and promotes the genuine espresso and has been doing so since 1998.
