The Nannini family is well known in Italy and abroad thanks to the singer Gianna Nannini. Her brother, Alessandro Nannini, roasts a coffee of the highest quality. Only carefully selected Arabica and high quality Robusta beans are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and delicately, variety by variety, at temperatures of between 200 and 220°C. Only then are they combined to form a balanced blend. The Classica blend is strong and round, with a spicy, full-bodied flavour and notes of cocoa and dark chocolate.

Characteristics: smooth coffee, perfect crema formation, low caffeine content.
