Hazelnuts are grown in a hilly, partly wooded landscape in the south-western part of Italy's Piedmont region. Massimo, the master roaster at Antica Torroneria Piemontese, never misses an opportunity to personally carry out quality control on each batch. This is the only way he can guarantee that the final product is always impeccable. The hazelnuts are first slowly roasted and then salted.
