Practical attachment to fill the moka pot with the right amount of ground espresso coffee. The attachment fits any size from 1-12 cups.

The colors of the famous AVIO blend are reminiscent of the uniforms of Galatina airport staff. They still drink their beloved AVIO espresso in the Aeroportos Café.

The coffee beans are roasted in a so-called separation process, in which each type of bean is roasted according to its ideal roasting point. Quarta Caffè uses a traditional roasting machine with a rotary drum, in which the coffee is roasted slowly and gently.

The crema is the way you love it - dense, creamy and of good consistency. The Arabica beans lend a fine and elegant aroma.
