Returns of items
For a return, the items must be undamaged and clean so that they can be resold. Please also make sure to return the original packaging or any available user manual.

Please contact customer service in advance so that we can find a solution together.
For coffee complaints, the following additionally applies:
To allow quality inspection, the coffee beans must be kept in the original bag and contain at least 70% of the original quantity. If the product has already been disposed of, inspection is not possible and we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
