What a wonderful coffee!
It does not taste bitter and only offers a slightly acidic flavour with aromas of bergamot and pumpernickel.
Produced in a small family roasting plant in Rome, in the best tradition of the craft. Giancarlo Martella uses a blend of only the best Arabica and Robusta beans for the composition of Maximum Class. The result is a flavourful, incredibly creamy coffee which presents itself harmoniously and well-rounded.
Percentages of coffee blends used:
90 % Arabica beans, 10 % Robusta

Mixing ratio: 80% Arabica beans/ 20% Robusta beans
The beans are roasted gently, separately and with medium intensity, giving them an aromatic, chocolaty aroma. The result is a full-bodied, low acid espresso with fine nuances of bread and hazelnut and a fine, almost creamy crema.
La Genovese Caffè's Oro is a perfect choice for both screen and fully automatic preparation.
Low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30%.
Thanks to its outstanding quality, La Genovese Royal has been certified as Italian Espresso by INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The Institute has been protecting and promoting genuine espresso since 1998.

For the Espresso Maestrale, Di Giampaolo Caffè uses only the best and most demanding roasters. Only a perfect craft can create such a unique blend. Fruity notes of pineapple and citrus fruits characterise this espresso. The sensory analysis shows an extraordinary freshness given by the balanced acidity. The medium-strong drum roast and the Robusta content give the Maestrale a beautiful crema. It is best enjoyed pure as an espresso or blended with hot milk foam as a cappuccino.
The unique personality of this coffee has been rewarded with one of the highest honours that can be bestowed on an espresso: the certificate for the official Espresso Italiano. It is awarded by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano) and only reaches the very best espressos in Italy. The institute has been protecting and promoting the real espresso since 1998.
