Bag of 500g whole beans

Top quality gourmet espresso. The Nannini family is well known in Italy and abroad thanks to singer Gianna Nannini. Her brother, Alessandro Nannini, produces a coffee of the highest quality in its roasting. Only carefully selected Arabica beans and high quality Robusta beans are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures of between 200 and 220°C. Only then are they combined to form a balanced blend. The Classica blend is strong and round, with a spicy, full-bodied flavour and notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. The crema is dense, persistent and golden in colour.

Characteristics: smooth coffee, perfect crema formation, low caffeine content.
