With Pura Follia, Arditi Caffè from Rome presents a classic 80/20 blend that is incredibly creamy and remarkably rich in aroma.

A coffee composed of the finest Arabica beans from Brazil and Central America and high quality Robusta beans from Africa and India.

Carefully roasted separately, it is only after being blended by experienced master roasters that the beans develop their incomparable taste. At first sip, aromas of nuts and dark chocolate emerge spontaneously. On the palate, spicy nuances of cinnamon and pepper arise, while sweet, fruity aromas of grape and fig appear at the end. The intensity of Pura Follia is overall very balanced.

The texture of Pura Follia also corresponds to an espresso as found in Italian coffees. As soon as it is brewed, a thick, creamy flow forms, creating a thick crema in the cup. The hazelnut flavour of this crema makes it particularly long-lasting on the espresso.
