In the coffee scene, Compagnia dell Arabica has held a great reputation for a long time. The traditional roasting house Corsini Caffe from Badia al Puno in Central Italy only uses coffee beans from one harvest and one growing region when creating the Single Origin Coffee Specialties. No beans have to be refined to compose a blend as these beans have such a high quality to begin with. Only the decaffeinated espresso and the Purissimi Arabica blends are composed by mixing different Arabica varieties.
