Tumminello's lemon biscuits are made from a variety of cereals, fresh lemon, cane sugar and fresh eggs.
Ideal for people who are lactose intolerant, as the biscuits are made without milk.

The biscuits go perfectly with cappuccino and espresso. A little tip: if you dip them in hot chocolate, you get a real taste miracle.

Ingredients

Type 1 Sicilian wheat flour 50.5%, cane sugar, fresh eggs (free-range hens) 11%, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 8%, extra virgin olive oil 6%, sunflower oil, potato starch, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, flavourings.
