Blend: 20% Arabica | 80% Robusta
The name says it all: “Tuono” (thunder) truly lives up to its name, delivering an intensely powerful flavour experience. Dark-roasted with care, this espresso boasts a full body, minimal acidity and a wonderfully thick crema.
Its flavour profile features deep notes of dark chocolate, roasted wood and warm malt. An ideal espresso to kick-start your morning, and particularly powerful when combined with milk.
Quaranta Oro
Blend: 70% Arabica | 30% Robusta
The flagship coffee of the Quaranta roastery in Brindisi (Apulia) represents the perfect harmony of Southern Italian coffee tradition. This espresso is full-bodied, velvety and exceptionally low in acidity.
Its flavour profile is defined by notes of bittersweet dark chocolate, hazelnut and warm roasted aromas, all complemented by a stable, hazelnut-brown crema.

Quarta Caffè Rosso
Blend: 30% Arabica | 70% Robusta
The red classic from the cult-favourite roastery in Lecce. Quarta Caffè Rosso embodies the authentic taste of Salento.
