From the Berlin-based Andraschko roastery comes this masterful tribute to traditional coffeehouse culture. Carefully roasted to perfection in a traditional drum roaster, this blend impresses with its silky, creamy texture and exceptional harmony. On the palate, delicate notes of nougat chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of maple syrup unfold beautifully. Remarkably mild, smooth and rounded, it is an exceptional experience both as a straight espresso and as a velvety caffè crema.
Passaparola Leggenda
Blend: 100% Arabica, including 5% Jamaica Blue Mountain
Passaparola Espresso Leggenda – “the legend” – embodies the finest Italian espresso culture and masterful roasting craftsmanship. This 100% Arabica blend, enhanced with 5% exclusive Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, impresses with its elegant aromatics and harmonious structure. In the cup, Leggenda presents a delicate golden-brown crema and a velvety mouthfeel. Subtle macadamia notes, the warm sweetness of tonka bean and a hint of floral honey define its flavour profile, creating a harmonious, refined and beautifully balanced espresso. Our exclusive anniversary blend embodies the essence of outstanding Italian roasting craftsmanship, masterfully created in close collaboration with La Genovese in Liguria. Enhanced with 5% authentic Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, Duemilaquattro delights with notes of velvety chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, delicate caramel and a hint of bourbon vanilla. Medium-roasted, wonderfully low in acidity and beautifully balanced, it produces a dense, finely patterned crema in every cup.
