The carefully selected beans are decaffeinated using the gentle CO₂ method. In this process, caffeine is selectively removed while preserving the natural aromas.
The typical Neapolitan dark drum roasting gives the espresso its harmonious depth and rounded body, ensuring even flavor development and a balanced overall profile. In the cup, it produces a stable, hazelnut-colored crema that highlights the character of this espresso.
